Washiji Toro is one of Japan's leading occult experts. His face horribly scarred in combat against the Russians in 1905, Toro has dedicated his life, and his considerable knowledge of the occult, to the glorification of the Empire. Toro is frequently seen carrying his family sword, a battered katana rumored to be inhabited by the bound spirits of the enemies it has slain. Toro is dressed in his M1930 uniform and an M1928 raincape. A porcelain No Theater mask covers the upper portion of his face. Approximately 30mm tall.
